Description
The room isThe apartment and the room have a very modern cut, with clear lines and contours, as it was built in 2019. Due to the south-west orientation, plenty of daylight comes into the apartment. Even in winter, the apartment is very cozy thanks to floor heating and good window insulation.
There is also a Caphe Hoa Lunch-Cafe in the house (ground floor), which is very inviting and cozy. You can also get to know the neighborhood well in the large courtyard, or go for a run in the park next door, play table tennis, have a picnic, do sports in your own Calististics sports facility or just go for a nice walk.
If you feel addressed, describe yourself and your ideas about living together. We live together as a community, where everyone pays attention to each other and to the shared apartment, where you like to come home in the evening and feel comfortable.

Flatmates that is interested in each other and also like friends,non smoker. having breakfast together, doing something or just watching a movie on the sofa - but - it should be just as cool to be able to withdraw without stress.

In my free time I like to be out and about, whether to go to a museum, flea market, club / bar or to do yoga on my bike, everything is included.
