De kamer isThe apartment and the room have a very modern cut, with clear lines and contours, as it was built in 2019. Due to the south-west orientation, plenty of daylight comes into the apartment. Even in winter, the apartment is very cozy thanks to floor heating and good window insulation.
There is also a Caphe Hoa Lunch-Cafe in the house (ground floor), which is very inviting and cozy. You can also get to know the neighborhood well in the large courtyard, or go for a run in the park next door, play table tennis, have a picnic, do sports in your own Calististics sports facility or just go for a nice walk.
