Hey everyone

It’s a bit of a unique situation, so here’s a quick overview:

We have two rooms becoming available in a lovely 4-room apartment on Culmannstrasse (Kreis 6), right by Haldenbach tram stop and just a 5–10 minute walk from HB, Central, ETH, UZH, and Coop.
* Room 1: 12m² for CHF 1200/month, available immediately (my current roommate has already moved out)
* Room 2: 15m² for CHF 1250/month, will be available soon (I’m moving out)

The third roommate, Anton (28, from Liechtenstein), is currently still living in the apartment. He works as a journalist and enjoys spending time at the lake, jogging, and hanging out at the Badi. He’s super friendly and easy to get along with. He may be moving to Sweden in spring, which is why he’s not taking over the contract himself.

Since I’m the main tenant, the plan is for you to start as a subtenant, and then take over the main lease later—this will likely be the smoothest transition for the landlord. The whole apartment is 3400.- including utilities excluding internet, electricity, Sarafe and insurance. Just note that while the bedrooms will be unfurnished, the rest of the apartment will be only be partially furnished, as I’ll be taking some furniture with me (to be discussed).

The apartment is bright, has beautiful wooden floors, and includes a shared terrace with a grill and lounge area facing a quiet green courtyard. Laundry is in the basement and shared with the building.
