De kamer isWe are looking for a new sub-tenant as of the beginning of May 2025.
The 4.5 room flat is located on the ground floor in a very convenient area in Altstetten right in the middle of the tram station (Lindenplatz) and the Altstetten train station. We have three bedrooms, which of one will be yours, a spacious living room flooded with sunlight, a kitchen that comes fully equipped, 1 bathroom (with bath tub) and toilet and one extra toilet for our guests, a corridor leading to the bedrooms, a storage room and a tiny, however beautiful balcony facing the street.
The room itself is a 12sqm room, very cozy and calm with a view to the court yard. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a mirror as well as a small night table next to your bed.
Pets are not allowed. There is a cleaning lady every 2 weeks as we think there are plenty of other valuable things that can be done in those lets say 2h per week that you spend on cleaning the flat.
Rent: 930 CHF per month

We are Fidel (30, Architect) and Nimmy (39, Communications Manager) all professionals working in Zurich. We have been living together for 2 year now and we are used to live in an international and multilingual environment. We enjoy organizing after work drinks, dinners and we both enjoy sharing time with our friends but also need our privacy. However, we are always open for a glass of wine together or a nice conversation.
Respect and Freedom is part of our Shared Flat DNA and we are looking for a professional who shares the same philosophy and who already has previous experience living in shared flats.
