De kamer isThe building is old but beautiful :) and perfectly located. My apartment is equipped and meets practically all requirement to live comfortably. It's a 2 bedroom apartment and i have a room free for rent.

The price is for the available room and the whole apartment to be shared with me and we shared:
Living area which is furnished with comfortable sofa and TV. This is the common room, We can watch movies or chats sometimes.
The apartment is easily accessible to public transport, 2-3 minutes to Bruderholzstrasse and Tellplatz stop.
Stores, restaurants, bar and gym are just around.
