I’m moving in with my boyfriend and have to give up my beautiful room in our bright and spacious 90m² apartment with my wonderful flatmate Fede.
The room is available starting June 1st!

The flat is located on Idastrasse in the lovely and central Lochergut area – super well connected:

– 1 min to Zwinglihaus (bus 32/72)
– 6 min walk to Goldbrunnenplatz (tram 9/14)
– 6 min to Kalkbreite or Bahnhof Wiedikon (tram 2/3 + trains)
– 4 min to Coop
– 6 min to Lidl
– 4 min to the heart of Lochergut
The apartment is full of natural light, has a large bathroom, and plenty of space to feel at home.

The room is CHF 1295/month and can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished, depending on your needs.

About your flatmate: Federica (28), is a creative branding freelancer who loves salsa dancing, hiking, cooking, and staying active. She’s sociable and open but also value a calm, respectful home and personal space.

We are looking for a female flatmate who’s friendly, tidy, and enjoys a good balance between shared time and independence.
