Hey hey,
I am looking for a person or a couple to rent the bigger room of my apartment from mid July 2025. I will be traveling. I will keep renting the small room and live there 6-7 months per year. The rest of the time, the whole apartment will be yours, more or less.
Located in Witikon 8053 Zurich, far enough from the city to be close to nature and close enough to have good public transport connections. It is a quiet living area and only minutes away from a beautiful forest.
* Connection to Zurich HB: 20 min direct bus
* Connection to Zurich Stadelhofen: 15 min, night bus included
Coop and Migros are within walking distance.
The apartment has 3.5 rooms: a master bedroom, a guest room or working room (this will be my room), and a big living room. There is a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony with seating. It is a non smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
Ideal for either a couple or a single person. Comfortable chairs, good lighting, and a library are available.

* Electricity approx. 20 CHF per month
