La habitación es/estáThe room is small but very bright and with a view onto a courtyard. The room is approximately 15 sqm large and has a walk-in closet. It is furnished with a desk, two shelves (in the walk-in closet) and a 80x200 bed. There is a possibility to take over additional furniture from the current tenant.
Apart from the room itself, the flat has a large shared kitchen and a living room. In total the flat has three bathrooms (two of which have showers). We also have a large balcony with an outside table. Additionally, the house has a shared laundry room and a bike cellar.
The room can only be rented to students, as the flat is a WOKO-property.
Buscamos
We’re looking for an easy-going, responsible person to join our 7-person shared flat. You must comply with WOKO criteria. We all enjoy hanging out with each other, so we are looking for someone who doesn‘t just want a room, but is looking for the community aspects of shared living as well. To keep the shared spaces tidy and comfortable, we’re hoping to find someone who’s happy to pitch in with cleaning and general upkeep.
Ideally, you’ve already had some experience living in a shared flat and know the basics of communal living. But if you’re new to WGs and think you'd be a great fit, don’t hesitate to reach out!
¿Quién somos?
We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our shared apartment. Our WG is home to seven students—four women (Yana, Victoria, Marijona, and Lea) and three men (Anton, Aryan, Nicolas)—all aged between 19 and 25. Lea will be moving out, so we are looking for someone to replace her.
We come from different backgrounds and study a wide range of subjects at ZHAW and ETH, including physics, environmental science, mechanical engineering, architecture, and classical music.
While we all lead quite busy lives, we enjoy spending time together—whether it’s chatting, cooking, or planning activities together. More often than not, you’ll find. some of us chatting over dinner. That said, we respect each other’s need for personal space and quiet time, too.
In our free time, we all do quite a lot of sports: our interests span everything from rugby, running, and biking to caving, hiking, and bouldering. So if you also like being active (or want to be), you’ll likely find some good company here. However, you are also welcome to apply if you are not at all into sports - we‘re looking forward to people bringing their own interests into the flat!
Because we come from different countries, we mostly speak English in the flat, though most people also speak German.
