Would you like to sublet two fully furnished rooms in a lovely 3-room flat for the price of one—temporarily and with flexible dates? If yes, you’re reading the right ad!

This is a 3-room WG where I live with my wonderful flatmate, a woman in her mid-30s. The apartment is very spacious. She stays in the room with a balcony, and I use two bright, sunny rooms at the front and back of the flat. As you can see in the photos, one of these rooms is set up as a combined living and work space, while the other is a bedroom. This setup offers a nice separation between social and sleeping areas—super practical and convenient!

The total rent for both rooms is 875 CHF, including internet and all utilities.

You’re also welcome to use the balcony when my flatmate is away—or even when she’s home, as long as you check with her first. In reality, she’s often not around, so the balcony is generally available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The flat is in a very convenient location: about a 10–12 minute walk to the city center, or just 3–4 minutes by bike or bus.

I’m an international postdoctoral researcher, and the reason I’m subletting is because I’ll be out of Switzerland for research and conferences during the proposed period. My flatmate is Swiss, a social worker, and an avid gardener—if you enjoy socializing or are curious about gardening, she has plenty to share! She can communicate in German, Spanish, English, and Italian.

The ideal rental period is from July 1 to September 1, but I’m open to shorter stays or slightly different dates—just reach out, I’m flexible! We can also re-negotiate the rent based on your special conditions.
