Zimmer frei in entspannter 4er-WG an der Oetlingerstrasse (ab 01.07.)

In unserer gemütlichen 4er-WG an der Oetlingerstrasse wird zum 1. Juli 2025 ein Zimmer frei – und vielleicht bist du ja genau die Person, die unser WG-Leben bereichern will.

Das Zimmer

Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 m² gross – nicht riesig, aber gut geschnitten und gemütlich. Die Warmmiete beträgt 452 CHF, die Kaution entspricht einer Monatsmiete (also ebenfalls 452 CHF).

Zur WG

Du würdest bei Christoph, Pau und Marius einziehen. Wir sind alle zwischen 25 und 30 Jahre alt und freuen uns auf ein neues WG-Mitglied, das Lust auf ein entspanntes Miteinander hat.

Wir schätzen sowohl die gemeinsame Zeit (z. B. beim Kochen, Quatschen oder auch mal was trinken gehen) als auch unsere Freiräume.
Christoph steht gern in der Küche und zaubert regelmässig leckere Gerichte, während Pau und Marius begeisterte Musiker sind .

Room Available in a Relaxed 4-Person Flatshare on Oetlingerstrasse (from July 1st)

A room in our cozy 4-person flatshare on Oetlingerstrasse will become available on July 1st, 2025 – and maybe you are the perfect person to join our little WG family.

The Room

The room is about 11 m² – not huge, but well laid out and cozy. The rent is 452 CHF (all utilities included), and the deposit is one month’s rent (so also 452 CHF).

About the Flatshare

You’d be moving in with Christoph, Pau, and Marius. We’re all between 26 and 32 years old and are looking for someone who enjoys a relaxed and friendly flatshare life.

We appreciate both spending time together (cooking, chatting, or going out for a drink now and then) and respecting each other’s space.
Christoph loves cooking and often whips up delicious meals, while Pau and Marius are passionate musicians.
