I’m Lorenzo and I’m moving in another apartment, so I’m subletting my room for the remaining 2 months that this building is gonna have (is gonna be tear down presumably on the 1st of July, so my contract finishes on the 30th of June).
The room is the last and most private entering the flat and is 23m2 with parquet floor, with the window and with the view directly on Helvetiaplatz.
The room is furnished with a double size bed (180×210), a wardrobe, desk with a chair, a mirror and two little bedside table.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift) and has in total 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and 1 kitchen/living room), 1 bathroom .
You’re also gonna have the possibility to register at this address.

Your flatmates, both like to share some moments all together, but also to have their own privacy.
