Hey everyone, i'm leaving my room in a shared flat of 3 in July, the room is around 10.5 square meters in a maisonette, it's on the bottom floor, with a shared bathroom with your new flatmate Yannick (PhD student) on the same floor.

There's NO deposit and there's a washing machine and a tumbler in the flat on the upper floor where your other new roomate lives, Orestis (Classical pianist).

The location is ideal, as it's quiet around, with a few options to be in nature quickly, but also tram nr 11 is less than a minute away, to take you quickly to Buheggplatz with plenty of connections, or Bahnhof Oerlikon for trains, but also supermarket and anything else you might need.

Electricity and internet are not included (for those who don't know)
