25 minutes to zurich city center, very good public transportation in all directions, 8 minutes from rapperswil, affordable lake taxi to wändenswil, ferry from meilen to horgen.
3 rooms available, rent between 1050, 1150, 1250.--
depeding on size and lake view, balkony ect. Side costs depends on the amount of people living in the house.

Couples are welcome as well, its 800.-- per person.
Short and longterm rental is possible.
Musicians are welcome too, neighbors are musicians and artist as well :)
