Umgeben von Restaurants und Kaffees befindet sich die WG auch in der Nähe der Bushaltestellen Industrie und Charmettes. Die Miete beträgt 590.- inklusive Nebenkosten (pro Zimmer) und 20.- für das Internet (steht zur Diskussion, ob wir es benötigen). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und über eine separate Toilette. Ausserdem sind Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Tumbler vorhanden.
Il y a deux chambres, chacune d’environ 17.5m^2 avec un balcon individuel. Une chambre est déjà libre, une autre se libère en juillet/août. Date d’emménagement à convenir.
Entouré de restaurants et cafés, la coloc est aussi à quelques minutes de l’arrêt de bus Industrie et Charmettes. Le loyer est de 590.- charges comprises (par chambre) et 20.- pour l’internet (à discuter si nous en avons besoin). L’appartement dispose d’une salle de bains avec baignoire ainsi qu’une toilette séparée. L’appartement est équipé avec lave-vaisselles, lave-linges et sèche-linge.
