The room isWe’re looking for a new flatmate starting from the beginning of June (the earliest move-in date is June 4th).
Our flat is located near Kannenfeldpark. In the neighborhood, you’ll find a pharmacy, two supermarkets, and a bakery. It’s a 10-minute bus ride to both the train station and the airport, and about a 15-minute walk to the University Hospital.
The apartment is 108m² and situated on the second floor. It has a shared bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and cozy living room, and a nice balcony. Your room is about 20m², and the rent is around 750 CHF per month — this includes utilities and internet.
We are looking for
We are looking for someone who’s open to occasionally hanging out or doing activities together but who also values privacy and appreciates keeping the flat reasonably clean and tidy.
