Description
The room isThe apartment has a size of about 90 square meters and was completely renovated a few years ago.
Your room is around 13 square meters and the bed and wardrobe are passed on free of charge by the previous tenant. In addition, the apartment remains fully furnished so that neither kitchen utensils nor other furniture (except possibly a desk) are necessary.
Furthermore, a dishwasher, a washing machine in the basement and an approx. 20 square meter private cellar room (for bicycles etc.) also belong to the apartment.
Something special: the room door leads to the stairwell. Directly to the left of the room is the apartment, where the other rooms are (kitchen and bathroom and the other's rooms). So you always go briefly through the stairwell.

I am very found of nature and like to spend my time hiking or running. In my free time I also hang out with friends or just by myself, and I want to get back into singing and take singing lessons (needless to say, I’ll only practice in the daytime, if I practice at home).
