Das Zimmer istVery nice room, with double bed on Zähringerstrasse. The room is rented fully furnished, with a fridge and a big closet. The room is part of a 5-room shared flat with a kitchen, a bathroom with toilets and another separate toilet. The flat is at the top floor of a building with elevator and has access to a rooftop terrace that is shared in the building. A cleaning lady comes every week to clean the commun areas.

The rent is 1210CHF/month all charges included. The building is ideally located 5 min from ETH Zentrum and 10 min from Zürich main station on a very calm street.

The flat is shared by four ETH male students, which you should also be to apply. The room will be free from July 1st.
