Das Zimmer istFrom 01.07.2025, a bedroom is available in our friendly 3-bedroom shared apartment (WG). The bedroom and WG are fully equipped for a great, comfortable living experience.

Highlights of the WG:
- A spacious and sunny apartment in a calm neighborhood of Wallisellen.
- Near Wallisellen Bahnhof (5-min bus ride/10-min walk), which provides quick train access to Zurich's key spots: 9min to the city center, 3min to Zurich Oerlikon and 12min to Zurich Airport.
- A great variety of grocery shops, pleasant restaurants and bakeries nearby (the Glatt shopping mall is a 10min-walk away).
- Near the swimming pool, ice-skating rink and forest (great for running and walking surrounded by nature).

About the apartment:
- A bright and large living room and balcony, with a comfortable couch and a TV (including Swisscom cable TV).
- A cozy dining room, ideal for sharing meals with roommates and guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, plus all the cooking and eating utensils you might need.
- A bathroom with a large bathtub and a window.

About the bedroom:
- A comfortable 200x140 bed and mattress (not in the picture).
- An electric standing desk and office chair (great for home office and studying).
- A big wardrobe, a 4-drawer chest, a nightstand, and a laundry basket.
- Big windows that let in direct sunlight.

The monthly rent of 1120CHF is all-inclusive (electricity, heating, water, high-speed Swisscom internet, and a Mr. Green recycling subscription).
