We have a room available in our spacious, bright and modern apartment located close to the beautiful Lake Zürich. As one of the three current flatmates is moving out, we’re seeking a friendly and responsible new flatmate to share this beautiful space with.

Location: Our flat is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk away from the lake. The tram stop Wollishoferplatz is only a quick 2-minute walk away, and you’ll find Coop and Aldi store within a short 5-minute walk.

Apartment and room details: The apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, well-equipped and modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, storage room and a large balcony. There is an additional storage unit in the basement and the building has an elevator. The available room is 14 sqm, furnished (possibily to take over the room furniture from previous flatmate).

Rent: 1275 CHF/Month
Deposit: 3 months rent
Move-in date: Immediately
