Neben den Bahnhof Giesshübel, befindet sich die Wohnung im 4. Stock mit ingesamt 5 Mitbewohnern und einer Dachterasse. Die 5 Zimmer sind im Hauptstock mit einem Bad und einem WC, sowie Küche und ein wenig Abstellraum. Der obere Stock ist geräumig und dient als Wohnzimmer. Drüber befindet sich eine kleine, aber feine Dachterasse.

Das grösste Zimmer der WG wird frei und wird ab dem 1. Juli 2025 verfügbar sein.

Das Stadtzentrum ist relativ nahe und man ist schnell im Grünen. Eigene Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist etwas älter, aber hat Charme.

Die Möbel können teilweise übernommen werden.

Next to Giesshübel train station, on the 4th floor, is the apartment with a total of 5 residents and a rooftop terrace. The 5 rooms are located on the main floor, along with a big bathroom, a small bathroom, a kitchen, and a small storage area. The upper floor is spacious and serves as the living room. On top of that, there is a small but cozy rooftop terrace. The available room is the biggest of the flat.

The largest room in the shared flat will be vacant and will be available from July 1, 2025.

The city center is relatively close and you can quickly get into nature. There is a private washing machine in the apartment. The apartment is a bit older, but has charm.

Some of the furniture can be taken over.
