La stanza èWährend eines Auslandsaufenthaltes vermiete ich mein möbliertes Zimmer vom 7.4. bis zum 20.5. (6 Wochen). Die 3.5-Zimmerwohnung hat ein separates Ess- und Wohnzimmer, eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ein renoviertes Bad. Im grossen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon hat es einen Beamer für gemütliche Filmabende. Die Gegend ist sehr friedlich und naturnah – die Limmat ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und auch die Werdinsel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die nächste Bus-/Tramhaltestelle ist Frankental, wo auch gleich ein Coop ist. In deinem Zimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher (kann aber auch in den Keller gebracht werden) und ein grosser Einbauschrank, wo du die Hälfte nutzen kannst.

I am renting out my furnished room from now until May 20th because I am staying abroad. The 3.5 room apartment has a separate dining and living room, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and a renovated bathroom. The large living room with balcony has a projector for cozy movie nights. The area is very peaceful and close to nature, the Limmat can be reached in 2 minutes and the Werdinsel is also in the immediate vicinity. The nearest bus/tram stop is Frankental, where there is also a Coop. There is a TV in your room (but it can also be moved to the basement) and a large built-in wardrobe where you can use half of it.
