La stanza èHi!

I am looking for a subtenant to take over one of two bedrooms in my large 79 sqm apartment, from Jun 1-30 as I am travelling in that period (exact start and date can be discussed).

My roommate (29y, Spaniard) will be staying in the smaller bedroom (~15 sqm), you would be taking the larger one (~20 sqm) with large bed, wardrobe and height-adjustable desk.

Everything else is fully furnished and ready for moving in. All other areas incl. the amazing rooftop one floor higher, are shared.

Tram stop is right in front the of the building and bakery and grocery stores within walking distance.
