Die Wohnung ist ca. 72 Quadratmeter gross. Das Wohnzimmer ist 18 Quadratmeter und der Balkon ist auch ziemlich Gross. Im Wohnzimmer hat es einen Beamer und gute Boxen und einfaches Setup für Streaming etc. In der Küche hat es eine Siebträger Kaffeemaschine die gerne auch mitgenutzt werden kann.
Geschirrspühler, Waschmaschine und Tumbler sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast (aber auch wenn nicht), darfst du sehr gerne auch meinen Schrebergarten (1.3km entfernt, 200 Quadratmeter) mitnutzen und dort Gemüse anbauen, kochen und/oder auch Parties veranstalten (unter Einhaltung der Regeln).
