Our apartment is approximately 70 square meters and includes a shared nice kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The room available for rent is around 16 square meters and comes with furniture. We are quiet people and not interested in partying; everyone is at the office during the daytime. Sometime we also cook and going out together.
