De kamer isI am subleasing my lovely and spacious room (25m^2), with a large private balcony and fully-furnished, while I go for an internship from mid June to mid January 2025, i.e., a total of 7 months. The house is located in a prime location in the Fluntern neighbourhood, with less than 10 min walking distance to ETH Zentrum, and ~ 20 mins walking distance to Zürich HB (main train station).

The balcony offers beautiful views of Uetliberg, as well as the lake in the winters, and is especially amazing to relax in the summers, as you can see in the pictures. The room also gets a lot of daylight in summer, with the wide windows.

The apartment has several shared facilities:
- A big kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, stove.
- A nice little garden with an outdoor sitting area and barbecue spot.
- A big bathroom with a bathtub + WC, and a smaller toilet (on the same floor as the room).
- A free-to-use washing machine and dryer in the basement.
- Weekly cleaning service of the shared areas.

More details about the room: The room is very well furnished with a height-adjustable desk and ergonomic office chair, a bed with a side table, a little couch, a big wardrobe, centre table with chairs, a shoe cabinet, bookshelves, a dresser, and even whiteboards and a stationary bike. Hence, it should provide you with all the necessary comforts. I will leave the big furnishing items in the room during the sublease and expect you to treat them as your own.

The room also has an attached private side room (about ~ 6m^2) in addition to the main living area (25m^2), where there is the convenience of a sink, refrigerator, microwave, etc. to satisfy a small hunger, besides the big shared kitchen on the floor below where you can cook.

Rent and Deposit: The rent includes all utilities (electricity, heating, and WiFi), except for Serafe. There will be a deposit of 2x the rent amount.
