There will be a room available from May 1, 2025, until September 30, 2025. It’s perfect for people coming here for work or those who want to settle in for a few months while searching for something more permanent. I’ll share pictures in a private chat.
The apartment is located in Bonstetten, just 2 minutes away from the Bonstetten Bahnhof and bus stop. It’s a 25-30 minute trip to Zürich Hauptbahnhof (ZH HB) by public transport, or about 15 minutes by bus to Enge. By car, it’s a 15-minute drive. There’s a Coop nearby, as well as an Avec at the station, plus a Migros and a pharmacy within walking distance.
I’ll be moving out by the end of this month. If you’re interested, please let me know so I can inform the landlord, and they can prepare the contract for you. You’ll be living with three other guys who are super chill and all work.
The apartment contract will terminate on September 30, 2025. The rent for the room is 600 CHF, plus a 1,322 CHF deposit.
