The room is (9 m2), bright, has direct access to the balcony and the garden in the courtyard and comes with the use of a private bathroom and of an additional closet in the hallway. It's already furnished and by agreement all what is visible in the pictures can be (preferably) taken over, included a new bad with mattress, closet, desk and bookshelf. The keyboard is not included, sorry. No deposit needed.

We are both Italians, and we like to maintain a lively flat life. We like to cook fine Italian food, eat together and also spend time together in the cosy living room or in the garden.
