The apartment is a three person shared flat, is very quiet, 110 m², with 2 bathrooms. A spacious living room and a balcony offer a pleasant shared space. The flat is renovated but still has the charm of an old building. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are available.



Shops (Migros + Alnatura) are a 2-minute walk away at Kreuzplatz, where you’ll also find tram line 11 and the Forchbahn (S18). Stadelhofen train station is 2 minutes by tram or a 7-minute walk.

Your flatmates are in their mid-twenties and work in consulting and finance.
