De kamer isAb 1.6.24 (Datum leicht flexibel) suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer in der Länggasse. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, befindet sich im 3. Stock mit Lift und wurde 2023 komplett saniert. Sie verfügt über eine Küche mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen super-schönen Balkon auf den Hinterhof.

Das Zimmer ist schön gross und hell (ca. 16m2) und verfügt über einen Einbauschrank. Ein Teil der Möbel könnte bei Bedarf übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem komplett ausgestattet, Internet ist auch bereits im Preis inbegriffen. Wir haben uns die Kosten der Möbel geteilt, du müsstest mich daher auskaufen (Preis nach Vereinbarung). Zur Wohnung gehören ein Kellerabteil und ein Estrich. Im Keller gibt es eine gemeinsame Waschküche mit Waschplan (funktioniert super-easy) und einen Velokeller. Für einen Parkplatz wäre ich auf der Warteliste, ansonsten gibt es im ganzen Quartier blaue Zone.

I'm looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared appartment (2 people) from the 1st of June 2024 (date is slightly flexible). The flat is at a super convienient location, located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) and was newly renovated in 2023. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dish washer, bathroom with bath tub and the flat has a really nice balcony overlooking the backyard.

The room is rather big and bright (ca. 16m2) and has a built-in wardrobe. Part of the furniture is for sale.

The flat is equipped with all the essentials, internet is included in the rent. We shared the cost for the furniture, so you would need to buy me out (price can be discussed). There is also a cellar and an attic that belongs to the flat. There is a shared laundry room (works really well) and a bike cellar. I'm on the waiting list for a parking spot, otherwise there are a lot of blue parking areas in the neighbouring streets.
