La habitación es/estáThe 4.5-room flat is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, one will be yours, a spacious living room flooded with sunlight, a kitchen that comes fully equipped, 1 bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet and one extra toilet for our guests, a corridor leading to the bedrooms, a storage room and a beautiful balcony. The room itself is a 14.7 m² room and unfurnished. There is plenty of space to adjust your furniture according to your taste.
You are welcome to bring your furniture for the common area as well.
Pets are not allowed, no smoking indoors. There is a cleaning lady every two weeks as we think there are plenty of other valuable things that can be done in those let’s say 2h per week that you spend on cleaning the flat.
Cleaningness is really important in the common area, we are looking for someone that is cleaning behind herself after using the common area.
Rent: 1'197 CHF per month, everything included (cleaning lady, internet, electricity, Serafe, etc.) Deposit: 2950 CHF.
Extra: The costs for the change of the names on the letterbox and doorbell have to be paid. It is mandatory in the building.
