I am subletting my centrally located one-room apartment/studio in Haldenbach for around 2 months, i.e., 15.07.2025 to 15.09.2025.

a. 10 min walk to Zurich HB/ 5 min by tram
b. Tram stations (9,10) – Haldenbach and Winkelriedstrasse are just downstairs, with line 10 going directly to Oerlikon and Zurich Airport
c. Located within the university quarter – ETH and UZH main campus are in walking distance.
d. Coop, Migros, Bakeries, Apotheke, Post Office are all in the immediate vicinity [max. 3-5 min walk]
e. Several pizza places, other eating joints are just around the corner

The rent is 1495 CHF (including all utilities including Wi-Fi)
