La habitación es/estáThe rooms is around 13 m^2 and is unfurnished. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, basement and some smaller storage closets. The rent is CHF 729.4 including utilities and the deposit is around CHF 3100. We are looking somewhere to take the room on the 1st of July but it's actually free sooner for someone to move in. We are around 5 min from Irchel, 20 min from ETH Zentrum and 25 from ETH Höngg.
Buscamos
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, enjoys a calm home and fits with our chill vibe. We like to have dinner sometimes and chat in the common rooms, but generally everyone is quite busy with their own lives. We are not a party WG or zwecks WG so we are looking for someone who fits in with that and is within a similar area of life as we are. You also must be a non-smoker. Please write a bit about yourself, your hobbies, what you are looking for a WG, what you would cook for WG dinner and your favorite drink. We look forward to getting to know you : )
¿Quién somos?
We are all in our mid 20s, Pawel (polish) who works as a software engineer, Oleksandra from Ukraine and Antonia from Germany who are both PhD students in Chemistry. We are all quite active and do different sports, from dancing to cycling, running and skiing, as well as workout classes. We all value a calm and clean environment at home and also enjoy hanging out with each other from time to time when our schedules align. Inside and on the balcony we have a few plants that we take pride in and try to keep alive.
