Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich (Kreis 9) für den Monat Juni zur Untermiete. Ideal für alle, die den Sommer in der Stadt geniessen möchten. Die Miete beträgt 2000 CHF pro Monat. Es handelt sich um eine komplette Wohnung mit drei Zimmern.

- Schlafzimmer + separates Büro (perfekt fürs Homeoffice)

- Tram 2 direkt vor der Haustür – in nur 3 Stationen beim Lochergut (Anbindung an Bus + weitere Trams)
- Aldi und Letzipark bequem zu Fuss erreichbar
- Eigener Waschturm

Wir sind im Juni auf Reisen und möchten unsere Wohnung in gute Hände geben.

Hello everyone 🌞

We're subletting our cozy 4.5-room apartment in Zurich (Kreis 9) for the month of June. It's perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy summer in the city. Rent is 2000 CHF for the month. It's a full apartment with three rooms.

What you'll love about the apartment:

- Bright and spacious living/dining area
- Bedroom plus a separate office (ideal for working from home)

- Just 8 minutes on foot to Letzigrund outdoor pool
- Only 10 minutes by bike to the Werdinsel river spot
- Tram 2 right at the doorstep – only 3 stops to Lochergut (great connections to buses + other trams)
- Aldi and Letzipark shopping center within walking distance
- Private washing tower (washer + dryer)

We'll be traveling in June and are looking for someone to take care of our home while we're away.
