The available room is inside a traditional apartment with the following shared spaces/amenities: bathroom with a tub, kitchen with a dishwasher, small balcony, and a laundry room in the basement for your exclusive use.

The minimum lease term is 3 months (longer term is preferred), but a fixed term of up to 12 months is possible. The rent is 1225 and includes all ancillary costs (heat, electricity, internet, etc.). The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, a desk, and shelf space. The move-in date is May. This is a shared apartment with two other tenants. The rent is for one room only.

I will give tours both in person as well as over the phone (FaceTime, etc.). If you'd like to apply I will need the following information:

Möbliertes Zimmer an der Langstrasse direkt beim Helvetiaplatz per Mai. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung direkt an der Langstrasse (im Herzen des Zürcher Nachtlebens). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, kleinen Balkon und eine Waschküche im Keller zur exklusiven Nutzung.

Es handelt sich um eine temporäre Wohnmöglichkeit in einer WG. Die Miete ist für ein Zimmer. Die Mindestlaufzeit beträgt 3 Monate, kann aber bis auf 1 Jahr fix abgeschlossen werden. Die Miete beträgt 1225 und beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet, etc.). Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett und einem Pult ausgestattet und hat zusätzliche Schränke/Regale.

Bei Bedarf kann die Wohnung in Person oder per Facetime besichtigt werden. Bei Interesse werden folgende Informationen benötigt:
