La habitación es/estáDa ich auf Reisen gehe, vermiete ich meine 1.5-Zimmer Wohnung für den Zeitraum 1.10.25-31.12.25. Die Option besteht, dass für 1-2 Monate verlängert werden kann. Je nachdem ob ich länger weg bleibe oder nicht (müsste spontan angeschaut werden). Meine Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Goldbrunnenplatz, umgeben von vielen Kaffes und Restaurants. Ich suche eine Person die Rücksicht auf die Nachbaren legt, insbesondere da ich in einer Genossenschaft wohne. Bei Interesse oder Fragen, melde dich gerne bei mir:)

As I am traveling, I am renting out my 1.5 room apartment for the period 1.10.25-31.12.25. There is an option to extend for 1-2 months. Depending on whether I stay away longer or not (would have to be looked at spontaneously). My apartment is located near Goldbrunnenplatz, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants.
