Ich vermiete mein Zimmer (20m2) direkt am Hallwylplatz an Kurzentschlossene für drei Wochen vom 10. bis 31. Juli.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem an ruhiger Lage, nah beim HB (10min zu Fuss), um die Ecke vom ÖV (Stauffacher, Bhf Wiedikon) und Einkaufsgelegenheiten (Migros, Coop). Sportbegeisterte finden eine schöne Laufstrecke an der Sihl Richtung Allmend, plus noch die Sportanlage Sihlhölzi in unmittelbarer Entfernung.
Schöne Dachterrasse zur Mitbenützung und Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Reinigungshilfe alle zwei Wochen, Wlan, etc. ist alles im Preis inkludiert.

I am renting out my room (20m2) directly at Hallwylplatz to spontaneous people for three weeks from the 10th until 31st of July. The spacious apartment will be shared with two relaxed housemates (m, 27 and 48) during this time.
The apartment is very centrally located and yet in a quiet location, close to the main station (10 minutes on foot), around the corner from public transport (Stauffacher, Wiedikon train station) and shops (Migros, Coop). Sports enthusiasts will find a nice running track on the Sihl in the direction of Allmend, plus the Sihlholzi sports facility in the immediate vicinity.
Beautiful roof terrace for shared use and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Cleaning help every two weeks, WiFi, etc. are all included in the price.
