La habitación es/estáHey, I'm leaving Switzerland therefore my room will be available from 13th May, but move-in can be from the 1st of June. The rent is 600 CHF which includes bills and there is no deposit. The only condition is that whoever moves in needs to buy my furniture and my share of the common furniture which is a one time fee of 2000. In the room this includes the bed, mattress, pillows and blankets, an office chair, a desk, a bookshelf, a wardrobe with a mirror , a hanger line and storage under the bed. The common furniture include the sofa, a big table, a small table, an armchair, a terrace table and chairs, the rug etc. The contract is until September 2025, as the owners plan to renovate the building then, however this date has been postponed many times so it is possible that it will be postponed again. The room is comfortable, and the apartment is big for 3 people. You will have 2 flatmates Elke and Enis, a girl (25) from Ticino who is studying architecture, and a guy (26) from Germany working in IT. They are sweet, clean persons looking for someone similar. In the house there is a social vibe but they also respect your privacy. So occasional dinners / parties togetehr but nothing is forced. They are looking for anyone similar to them. Pets are allowed in the apartment. The apartment includes a small terrace, a huge living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and the laundry is shared in the building and it’s free. Lastly we have a storage space downstairs for suitcases/ski equipment etc. If you’re interested, please send me a paragraph about you (this is a must otherwise I won’t know if you would be a good fit) and the fact that you agree to buy all the furniture and the move in date is okay for you.
