Aufgrund von Studiums-Ende, neuer Arbeit usw. löst sich unsere WG gestaffelt auf: Die ersten Zimmer werden frei auf Anfang Juli, August und September (die letzten zwei noch nicht ganz sicher, wann), und es wäre cool, da einen passenden Übergang zu einem neuen _Hauptmieter_ finden zu können. Deine neuen Mitbewohner kannst Du Dir dann selber aussuchen (ist in Basel nicht schwer).
Die Kaltmiete beträgt derzeit ca. 2000 SFr (die könnte sich um ca. 100 SFr erhöhen), plus Nebenkosten von ca. 300 SFr/Monat (Wasser, Strom, Internet, Serafe).
Zur Wohnung gehören 5 Zimmer (17, 17, 15, 11 und 9.5 qm, Möbel können teilweise übernommen werden), Küche, Badezimmer inkl. Badewanne, eine kleinere Toilette, zwei Reduits, zwei schöne Balkone, sowie Mitbenutzung von Waschküche und vom Garten.
In 10 Fussminuten Nähe haben wir Coop, Tramhaltestelle, die Messe, den Badischen Bahnhof sowie den Erlenmattpark, sind also recht schön versorgt hier ;-). Zur Uni/Innenstadt sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuss oder 10 mit Tram oder Velo.

Due to end of studies, new job etc. our shared flat is dissolving in stages (the first rooms are free from July, August and September, the last two are still not sure when), and it would be nice to find a smooth transition to a new _main tenant_ for the whole apartment to continue the WG. Then you can choose your other flatmates yourself (it's not difficult to find flatmates in Basel).
The basic rent is currently approx. 2000 SFr (and could rise by around 100 SFr), plus bills of around 300 SFr monthly (water, electricity, internet, Serafe/TV).
The flat includes 5 rooms (17, 17, 15, 11 and 9.5 sqm, furniture can be partly taken over), a kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub), a smaller toilet, two reduits and two nice balconies. We also have a compartment in the basement and can also use the laundry and the garden.
Nearby we also have a supermarket, a tram station, the fair/congress center, the Badish Train Station as well as the Erlenmatt park, so it's pretty nice to be here ;-). To the university or the city centre it's like 20 minutes on foot or 10 by tram or bike.
Cerchiamo
Wir suchen vor allem einen neuen Hauptmieter, der die WG übernimmt, die kannst Du dann nach Deinen Vorstellungen weiterführen (es ist nicht schwer, in Basel Mitbewohner zu finden). Es wäre cool, wenn die 2 noch unsicheren Mitbewohner noch bleiben könnten, bis sie auch Sicherheit bekommen, wie es für sie weitergeht.
Wichtig wäre auch, wenn Du der Vermieterin auch einen soliden Eindruck geben könntest. Ich bin auch nur ein Student mit Nebenjob, und das hat auch gereicht ;-).

We're looking mainly for a new main tenant, who can rent the apartment and continue the shared flat (it's not hard to find flatmates in Basel). It would be cool if the 2 remaining flatmates could stay until they also find out how things will continue for them.
It would be important if you can give the landlady a good impression as a main tenant. But I'm also just a student working part-time and that was also enough ;-)
Chi siamo
Noch verbleiben die beiden Ferdis, die sich noch nicht sicher sind, wann genau sie ausziehen würden:
- Ferdi der Jüngere (31) ist Informatiker, leidenschaftlicher Sportler, und klettert auch sehr gerne
- Ferdi der Ältere (37), ist Biochemiker, Theologiestudent, ehrenamtlicher Deutschlehrer und ist damit schon genug ausgelastet :-P
Aber sonst sind wir am Abschiednehmen und würden die WG dann euch überlassen...
Also bei Interesse kannst Du gerne schreiben, erzähl uns was von Dir, und dann können wir einen Besuch arrangieren.
Remaining are the two Ferdis, who aren't sure yet when they'd move out:
- Ferdi the Younger (31) is an informatician as well as a passionate athlete, and loves to go climbing
- Ferdi the Elder (37) is a biochemist, theology student and volunteer German teacher, and already busy enough with that :-P
But otherwise we are saying goodbye and would then leave the shared flat to you...
