I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Basel, less than a minute away on foot from stop Inselstrasse (tram #8). 3 people in total would be living here; One of your flatmates would be Louis, 30, Belgian and currently working at Roche.



The room is 16m² and comes with a double bed, night table, lamp, desk, chair, clothes rack and chest of drawers. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.



Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, all dishes, pots and pans, toaster, waterboiler, and dishwasher. This flat has its own washing machine and tumbler in the bathroom.



All main shops (Migros, Coop, Denner) are close and tram #8 gets you to Basel SBB in less than 20 minutes.




Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form.
