Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten plus eine gute Fee, die uns einmal im Monat wie im Hotel fühlen lässt. Insgesamt haben wir ca. 150m² mit zwei Badezimmer. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch eine Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick über Basel. Herzstück der Wohnung ist ein grosszügiger Wohnbereich wo wir gerne rumhängen, Musik hören und unsere Pflanzen pflegen. Das Zimmer hat circe 16 m2.

A very beautiful and centrally located apartment right on the Rhine River. Tram and bus stops are right in front of the building. Additionally, there are various bars and snack stands just around the corner. The rent includes all utilities plus a good fairy who makes us feel like we're in a hotel once a month. In total, we have around 150m² with two bathrooms. The apartment also includes a rooftop terrace with a fantastic view over Basel. The heart of the apartment is a spacious living area where we like to hang out, listen to music, and take care of our plants. The room is approximately 16 m2.

Bist du ein aufgeschlossener Mensch, circa Ende 20 bis Ende 30, magst Sport und chillst auch mal gern beim Lauschen einer Vinyl vorm Kamin? Dann würdest du wahrscheinlich gut in unsere WG passen

Michael, 34, arbeite in Basel in der Pharma Branche, bin gerne in Basel unterwegs, geh gerne ins Gym oder Schwimmen oder Bouldern. Nebenbei mag ich Musik, Kunst, Fotographie und Natur.
Marcel, 34, arbeite im Gesunndheits- und Sicherheitswesen. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, bin in der Natur, gehe auf Reisen, snowboarde oderr wakeboarde und höre gern Musik ( Schallplatten ).
Wir untermehmen öfter mal was zusammen und stellen uns gerne die Wohnung mit Pflanzen voll
