Description
The room isfairly spacious, bright, and furnished, in a 5-person WG with 2 bathrooms (1 with shower) and spacious kitchen/common space.
The flat is quite modern, in a building that was erected a few years ago. There's a Laundromat with washers and dryers at the ground floor. Wi-Fi is available to the tenants.
The flat is in a very well connected area:
- 10-15 minutes to the Zürich main station by train S10 from Zürich Binz,
- 20-25 minutes to ETH/UZH by S10 or tram 5 from Laubegg tram stop,
- 5 minutes by foot to Lidl and Denner.
We are looking for
a subtenant for ~3 months (July-September), who is friendly and will contribute to keeping the flat in order.
I am flexible with the move in/out dates (you could move a few days later than 01.07, and move out a few days earlier than 30.09).

We are
a international group of 5 students, all pursuing Master degrees at the moment (from ETH, UZH, and ZHdK). The flat is usually rather calm, with people busy studying and working. We speak English in the flat.
