The rent is CHF 480 per month, with around CHF 50 per year for water and electricity. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor.

The shared living space includes two sofas and a dining table.

The room comes furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a desk and chair, and a wardrobe.

To be added to the lease, you’ll need a guarantor if you’re a student, and either Swiss residency or a valid residence permit.
