Description
The room isThe room is around 14m^2 and has a window. The house itself has three levels. There are three rooms on the ground floor (one of which becomes available) as well as a bathroom, a kitchen. On the second floor, there are another four rooms as well as another bathroom and kitchen. Below the roof on the third level, there is a big attic with a sports and bouldering area. We also have a small garden in front of the house and a covered area to sit outside in the summer.
The house is located in Steinmaur, about 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The train connection runs every half hour and takes about 20 minutes to reach Oerlikon and about 27 minutes to reach the main station.
We are looking for
We are looking for somebody aged 22 and above (preferably a women to keep up the gender balance) who is interested in renting a room medium-to long term (ideally for a year or more) and also likes a mixture between a social and a purpose-driven flat-share.

We are
We are a rope access technician, a forest worker, a physics phd student, a software engineer, an aspiring body therapist, a women working at a pastry shop (who might leave too) and a shepherd (who is moving out). We speak German, English, French and Italian but the language in the house is usually German or English. We are not a sole purpose WG but there is also enough space for everyone to do their own thing.
