From July 11 to September 10, I would like to sublet my cozy 2-room apartment in Altstetten, as I will be traveling during that time. The exact dates are somewhat flexible depending on your needs, but the rent is for 2 months.
The apartment offers a lot of space (about 50m² just for you!): It has a bedroom, a large living/dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room, and a terrace. It’s also in a great location: the Letzipark shopping center is directly across the street, and 3 bus lines (31, 83, 89) regularly go to Altstetten station, the main station (HB), Hardbrücke, and towards Milchbuck. The apartment will be fully furnished with my furniture during these 2 months.
We are looking for
I’m looking for someone who is clean, takes good care of the apartment, cleans regularly, and doesn’t smoke. Since this is a JUWO apartment, you must also meet the JUWO criteria (maximum 28 years old, student, earning less than CHF 30,000).
