Note 2: Both rooms are unfurnished, but one has a bed sofa and a wardrobe that can either stay or that I could sell if not wanted/needed.
The rent for each room is proportional to its size, thus
- for the 13.0m2 room: 1315 CHF/month,
- for the 13.2m2 room: 1336 CHF/month.
This would be a sublet agreement for now, however I'm open to discuss the future arrangement.
