We rent: An unfurnished room in a very spacious apartment (120 m2) from 1st of May. The room has direct access to the garden. With a size of 11,3 m2 (plus built-in wardrobe) is the price 900,- CHF (plus electricity - variable, cleaning help, etc. - in total approx. 130CHF/month). The deposit is 900 CHF.
The conservatory and our large U-shaped garden around the house with lots of cozy seating areas are particularly nice. There is always a shady and a sunny spot. Garden maintenance such as mowing the lawn, raking leaves and watering plants is shared between the housemates, which is manageable.
The house also has a small gym and a sauna, which are (rarely) used by all the other tenants in the house.
We are looking for
We are looking for someone who appreciates a quiet home, but who is also open to spontaneous chats in the kitchen or to playing games, barbecues and wine evenings together. We love swimming in the Aare in the summer evenings or relaxing together in the garden after work. Perhaps you would also like to take part in occasional sporting activities. Ideally, you should be our age and like dogs, as we occasionally look after a four-legged friend.
You like to integrate yourself into a shared flat in a mindful and respectful way and are willing to contribute to everyday tasks. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us, but we are not overly perfectionist. It would be great if you were willing to water the plants and mow the lawn according to schedule. If you also have a green thumb, that would be phenomenal.

We are
We, Lucas (31yo), Lis (30yo) and Lisa (31yo), are relaxed flatmates who work full-time. Lucas works as a Supply Chain Analyst mainly from home, while I work as a Data Architect both in the office and from home. Lisa works in marketing and as her company is in Zug, she works from home two days a week and is not at home on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Lucas is originally from France, Lisa and Lis are German. We communicate mainly in English.
In our free time, we are all sports enthusiasts. Lucas likes going to the gym or exploring the ski slopes in winter or the cycle paths around Lake Thun on his racing bike in summer. Lucas is interested in Canada and music - he likes to listen to lofi music at work from time to time, while he prefers techno when he goes out. Lis is also out and about on the slopes, practices yoga, is a passionate sailor (rarely at the moment due to the location) and loves hiking in the mountains or jogging along the Aare. Self-optimization and business topics are her passion. Lisa loves being out in nature and in the mountains, be it on her mountain bike, racing bike, climbing or hiking boots. But she's also always up for a game night or a cozy beer with friends. All kinds of music accompany her throughout the day.
Especially after a long day at work, we like to enjoy some time for ourselves. It always depends on the mood.
We occasionally look after a medium-sized dog for a few days - if you love animals, you'll have a new friend straight away! Palu not only loves people, but also his cuddly toys and balls.
