Nice room (approx. 15 sqm) with high ceiling, wooden parquet floor in a shared flat next to Schaffhauserplatz. The charming flat is shared by 4 people and about 120 sqm large. You will share one of the two bathrooms with a flat mate. A washing machine and tumble dryer are part of the apartment. The kitchen is modern and has a small balcony attached to it. A large living room with access to a small wintergarden (not heated) is also part of the apartment. Besides this we also have access to a rooftop and some space in the cellar and attic.
Three bakeries, post-office, supermarket (Migros), pharmacy, bus (33) and several Tram stops are within less than 2 mins walking distance. Kafi Schnaps, Kafi Freud and Kafi Nordbrücke are also right around the corner (150m, 750m, 600m).
The rent includes running coasts and internet.

Wir sind: Fred, Jill, und Olivia, alle Mitte 30 und arbeiten in der Forschung (Physik), Pflege, sowie in der Gleichstellung und Gewaltprävention. Unsere Hobbys sind teils gemütlich mit Aktivitäten auf der Couch (Lesen, Netflix, Stricken) und Kochen, aber gerne auch sportlich und gesellig mit Gesellschaftsspielen, Hundeschule, Selbstverteidigung und Aperölen. Gelegentlich ergibt sich spontan ein unkompliziertes Beisammensein bei einer dieser Aktivitäten. Oder auch mal ein geplanter WG-Abend/Nachmittag. Ab und zu ist auch eine gut erzogene Hündin zu Besuch. Was machst Du am liebsten in Deiner Freizeit?

We are Fred, Jill and Olivia and in our mid-thirties. We work in Science (physics), health care, gender equality and violence prevention. In our free time we enjoy some relaxed activities on the sofa (reading, Netflix, knitting) or cooking, as well as Sports (dog training, running, self-defense) or having a drink (Aperöle). From time to time we spontaneously do some of these activities together. But occasionally we also organize an afternoon or evening together. Every now and then we have a well trained and super cute dog over for a visit.
