Hi, I’m looking for a sub tenant for the room in a private student residence at Bergstrasse 55. The room has its own wash basin and refrigerator. Every furniture is included bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, storage space, private wash basin and even the duvet and pillow.
The main building of ETH and UZH is only a few station away. It has a cozy living room, a study room and a party room. There is a rooftop that has a beautiful view of zurich lake.
The cleaning team comes every couple of days and clean the common space; kitchen, bath room and others. All the flatmate is super friendly and nice. This student residence exists until December so you will have approximately 6 months to live in. The rent is 990 CHF (all inclusive) per month.
