Description
The room isA nice, spacious (20 m2), and light room of 21 m2 in a 3-room apartment in Watt 15 minutes away the Regensdorf-Watt train station. The sofa that you see on the picture can be yours for free.
As for the apartment, there are 3 rooms (so it’s a WG of 3 people), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (toilet + bathtub) and balcony (accessible through one of the rooms). There's no living room, instead we have a foldable table in the corridor where we could eat all together.
The apartment comes with two storage spaces: one in the cellar and one in the attic.
The laundry facility is shared with the whole apartment building, there's no schedule - first-come, first-served.
We are looking for
One of the people living in the apartment is moving, so we're looking for someone who'd be happy to share the space and everyday life with us. Someone for whom this room would be the primary residence. Someone who'd be happy to take care of the space and improve it whilst making it also their own. A good level (B2) of German will be preferred.

We are
We're João and Elena.
João (30) is a graphic designer from Portugal. A bit quiet, tidy, and value having a calm and organized home. After work, likes to relax in his own space and mostly keep to himself, only popping out for meals. Is looking for a flat where everyone respects each other’s privacy and keeps things neat.
Elena (34) is not there much anymore and will probably search for a replacement person somewhere in autumn. In the meantime is working in sustainability, goes by bike everywhere and likes to stay active.
