De kamer is!!! Be aware, that this is only a summer sublet for 2 months (July and August). !!!

A big room on the third floor in a house of 42 people. The room is very nice, quiet and will be subletted furnished with a bed and mattress, table and chair and built-in wardrobe as well as a shelf.
The room is approx. 20 m^2, so quite big.

The room, as every room in our house, coms with additional duties: Cleaning the kitchen around once every month (~1.5-2 hours), and cleaning the bathroom every 5 weeks. We also have a big house cleaning once every semester, but that will not affect you during the subletting period.
There is also an additional semester fee of 70 CHF per semester, which will not affect you during the sublet either.

There are washing machines, a (crowded) bicycle cellar, common areas such as dining rooms, a beamer and TV room, a study room, and a really nice garden.


Our floor:
There is one bathroom with two showers, two toilets and three sinks, shared by 6 people. This works very well. Main meeting place is the kitchen and common rooms around the kitchen - we all share one kitchen with 42 people, so you almost always find someone there and can chat.
